These stockings are very soft and smooth. They seem very well-made. I bought the plus size as I have thicker thighs than most people my size, but they seem to fit more true to the height sizing listed moreso than the weight. They do stretch quite a bit but I can't imagine how well they would fit someone who was on the heavier end of the weight scale with heavy thighs. My weight was less than the lowest end of the weight scale, but with the thickness of my thighs I could wear the stockings just fine, albeit with them all the way to the top of my legs. Overall a lovely pair of stockings but take caution on the sizing because if you purchase these simply because you are tall, they will fit fine, but if you buy these based on your weight as a plus size person, they might fit tighter than you want unless you have thighs on the slimmer side.

All right, let's get right down to it! When it comes down to intimate apparel, there is nothing that captures a man's eyes and imagination as thigh-high stockings!
These soft and sexy stockings wear well, and stay up. So, you don't need to use a garter, but I do recommend one. (I don't believe in understatement in the bedroom.)
I highly recommend these stockings to you - or for you men, buy them as a gift!

first of all, they dont even go up TO the thigh! they attempt to sit right above the knee!!
second, THEY DO NOT STAY UP AT ALL WHATSOEVER!!! I was sooooo embarrassed - i went out with them on and every ten seconds I was pulling them back up.....
I am 5'3" and I weigh about 125....I'm average - these are a joke - price IS too good to be true - DO NOT BUY

These stocking are very high quality my wife says they are the most comfortable she has ever worn
Unsure about that above pic January 10, 2007
The stocking were very lovely. The pic shows an elastic on the thigh area which is false. I bought these for my wedding and did not even open the package until the day of. I was very upset to learn that I needed the elastic straps to hold the stockings up.
