Product Description The ghost who walks! The man who cannot die! The guardian of the eastern dark! The modern day Phantom continues his quest for law and order in the jungles of Bangalla and beyond in this collection of the first four issues of the sold out on-going series! First, things get personal in "Stones of Blood," as The Phantom breaks up a slave camp in Bangalla where captives are mining a vast diamond field. Then in "Curse of the Phantom," a great evil has haunted the Walker family for hundreds of years: Kua! The seven foot tall devil god stalks Kit Walker deep into the woods of Bangalla.

For Those Who Came In Late... January 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you are late arriving to the Phantom Party (like I am) then this compilation of Moonstone's first four issues of The Phantom comic is just what the tribal witch doctor ordered. You get two complete tales, "Stones of Blood" and "Curse of the Phantom", both well written by Ben Raab and richly illustrated by Pat Quinn and Nick Derington. Over 110 pages of taut jungle adventure and vibrant inks make this a easy purchase decision for fans of the Ghost Who Walks.

i've been a phantom fan for almost 60 years. iget the phantom reguarly but it is always in black and white.so when i rec'd "death in the deep woods" and all in colour i was more than happy, on that score alone. i found the story line very good. the artwork and general inkwork etc also up to the high standard i've come to expect with the phantom.
