According to Hyperion Books / Miramax the book will be released in January 2009.

 Little information August 22, 2008
Customer Service tells me this book has been released, but they got a very limited supply - which allegedly explains the back ordering. But no one else (Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc.) says this book is even out, so either it's been released or it hasn't. Don't tell me it's backordered if it's not even out yet.
