This book really impressed me. I learned more about the story from the book that the game didn't mension. If you are looking for a book that is based from the game, you've come to the right place.

One of the best video games to ever come out on the PlayStation is obviously Metal Gear Solid. With a movie on the way, this complete collection of the MGS comic book is a must-have for any fan of the series. Though not flawless, it does not disappoint. The artwork is brilliantly done. Although it is a bit crude at parts, the artwork is very sharp and accentuates the characters. The story is excellent and ripped right from the game. There are even some added scenes that help make sense of the whole story. However, they could not include everything, so some of your favorite scenes or dialogue have either been edited or completely removed. But overall, an excellent interpretation of the story.

This hardback book is a great way to relive snakes first adventure of his psone game in comic form. The comic fleshes out characters with new dialogue and art. if your going to buy the comics anyway just pay for the hardback. its heavy duty and the pages are glossy nice. a must for comic and MGS fans.
