I had to buy it for class but it wouldn't be the first book I'd buy for personal use.

This book did not include all the software and tools I needed for class, so I had to buy another book at the college. Thus, I paid for the book twice. This does not make me very happy. I just got everything done for the return and I appreciate how user-friendly your steps are.

I am filling this out so Amazon STOPS sending me emails asking to do so. It's informative gives basic knowledge and novice information on computers in general, networks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
