This book packs in an amazing amount of information in under 300 pages (some of these are lists of feelings and physical symptoms.) It is written very simply - no rocket science here. It addresses the origin of emotions and approaches emotions on the scientific, medical, and spiritual levels. This book appealed to both my wanting to know how my feelings came about and how to properly label them and my need for a simple tool or meditation to release the negative unresolved feelings which have keep me in my destructive patterns.

I wish I had read this book when I was a teenager after an abusive upbringing, or while I was in college unmotivated to reach my full potential, or before I made the decision to marry the wrong person. I am glad that I found it in time to work through some of the issues of my divorce and to continue on my quest for personal growth.

As the book explains the root to finding all of those answers is here - and shows you how to look inside yourself in a loving and compassionate way. It reiterates something we all know and easily forget - you are the truth you seek!

I found this book by accident at a Unity Church bookstore. I was drawn to it because of an aura I saw around it. The book blew me away. It contains a simple script anyone can use to help find and release the core reason for any issue. The message of the book is that healing can be easy, safe, and painless. This is a work from the heart, that touches your spirit. I met the author recently and found her to be as loving as her book. I real find. I urge everyone considering it, to just get the book. You'll love it.

This book and the correct principles taught herein brought great understanding and peace to my life. I was enlightened as to the seemingly insignificant feelings I carried around that caused unnecessary stress for me and my family. Realizing the difference between what I thought and what I felt and how to bring them together was fascinating. Positive changes appeared in our family environment.

The chapter on Energy Vibrations was an AAH-HAA experience. It describes a convincing illustration of the power of feelings and thoughts as recorded through frequencies.

One of the great blessings I received from reading this book is the ability to bring PEACE into my life at will; no matter what the circumstances may be. To live in present time instead of harboring pain from the past or fears of the future is a phenomenon that changes the world I live in. I can take life a day at a time and know that whatever is in store for me, I can be on Gods errand and "it is okay".

I have another book by Karol Truman "Healing Feelings...From Your Heart" and highly recommend them both.

Many of us have spent most of our lives looking for the answers to why or why we are not experiencing joy in our life. "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" has been a great resource for helping me let go of feelings that did not serve my highest good. Many times I find my self reviewing the contents of the book for myself and others. I know that my own well Being, is up to me. Mrs. Truman has simplified the process of letting go of negative feelings through the use of "THE SCRIPT". This book applied will make a difference in the readers life.

This book came to me when I needed it most;Relationship had just ended,and I was feeling horrible. I still don't remember how i found this book online; maybe I typed "Someone please stop this pain" and hit enter...Read a few reviews and tried the book. The first 94 or so pages all sounded like stuff I'd read before;and most readers will probably feel the same way; How our Biography =our Biology Etc;which, at the time always sounded like a something you'd say to impress others, but really didn't know what the hell it meant.I kept reading, and then the light went on.Suddenly, all the other books I have on my shelves(and I've got them all, trust me)MADE SENSE. Karol put things in a way that spoke to me, whereas all the other bestsellers sounded great in theory but never hit home.
I too, found the Birthing /Inutero stuff a little overdone, but the rest of the book and it's REAL WORLD RESULTS make those minor gripes an afterthought. The "Script" is just flat-out powerful.I don't really understand how or why it works, and I don't care because I feel so happy and grateful for my life, and all the beauty that is all around me, every second.. and maybe, for the first time in my life,I'm happy just being ME; just as I am right now. Yes, I still have many things I want to improve in my life,and I will have those things because I finally feel I DESERVE to be happy. I really love how I feel when I use the script, because any bad feeling I carry,I address then and there,if possible...then, in a real suble way, say an hour or so later, I kinda "notice" that I'm not feeling that "bad" feeling...It just evaporated;gone. I like the fact that you don't have to "try" anything; it just works for you. This book will always be with me. This book should be required reading for Pre-teens and especially High Schools. It would save people so much Pain. There's a lot lot of lip service paid to self love;Karol Truman FINALLY give us a tool that is easy(Deceptively so)and works.
