i was very excited when i got the email about seeing Lipstick Jungle for free since I had been looking forward to the premier for a while. so I go to download it and I see that you can only watch it on Vista. Thanks guys, i'll go download it from the iTunes store and happily pay $1.99 to be able to watch it on my mac. a major service like this is going to be missing out on a lot of customers by limiting it to vista!!

I loved it! The stories of these women and their lives that so wonderfully intertwine to show "Grown-Up" Women with more on their minds than 'finding a man'. Oh, and I LOVE Paul Blackthorne!! I was more than pleasantly surprised to see him as Brooke Shields' characters' husband! The best part is to watch him acting in his native British accent. He's MY "McDreamy". LOL
Can't wait for the show! :-)

Amazon sends me an email to view "Candace Bushnell's new NBC hit "Lipstick Jungle" for free--before it airs on TV--only on Amazon Unbox. If it hasn't even aired on TV yet, how can they say it is a "new NBC hit?"
If you hate Cashmere Mafia and Women's Murder club, you'll hate this too.
If you liked "Sex & the City", writer Jenny Bicks has the show "Men in Trees." It has all of the wit, humor and though provoking content as SITC, but has the quirkiness and fun characters ala Northern Exposure (both are fish-out-of-water in Alaska).

Exciting! Was all prepared to try the freebie, and then probably purchase more. But it's for PCs only. Major disappointment, and with my half century of business experence, it seems extremely short sighted, unless Amazon has ceded the whole Mac market to AppleTV and iTunes.....

I was so very anxious to download the pilot episode of Lipstick Jungle- and imagine--for free even!! I am tired of watching movies and sick of no new tv shows, etc. I really did not think I would like it very much, but boy---was I wrong!! I loved it....cannot wait to see the rest. I did not realize that Andrew McCarthy is in it. I like him alot...but the real kicker is the new guy-Robert Buckley. WOW!! Some cliches are too apparent, but I think that this really has a chance. Although Brooke is not my favorite, she seemed to do a pretty good job..and Kim Raver is excellent, as always. I think it is well worth your time to watch it. Thanks Amazon, for the opportunity to see it first!!
