Product Description
Easy-to-color pictures introduce youngsters to letters of the alphabet and many occupants of the natural world. They'll find that apples, artichokes, and alligators start with A and the zebra moth, zinnia, and zucchini begin with Z. In between they'll see lilies-of-the-valley, kangaroos, puffy clouds, and other natural wonders. 30 black-and-white illustrations.

5 out of 5 stars Positively Coloring Children's Learning   December 28, 2007

This book is one of the simpler volumes in this treasure trove of a coloring book series from Dover. Nonetheless, from the moment that my grandson looked at it, he plunged into its contents excitedly. It is both an alphabet book and a fauna mini-compendium. The vocabulary that results is rich and challenging. A child may never actually color the book, but the child will use it.
