Amazon.com Review Do you know your dewbacks from your banthas? Could you tell the difference between a stormtrooper, a scouttrooper, and a snowtrooper? Could you pick a Rodian out of a lineup? The Complete Star Wars Trilogy Scrapbook can help you acquire this vital information. Illustrations and over a hundred photographs from the original trilogy help you put names to faces--so you'll know that Salacious Crumb is the name of that tiny, cackling animal at Jabba's court. Though the book contains an abridged version of the events covered in the Star Wars trilogy, readers should be advised to see the films first as the book discloses crucial secrets best left to the film to reveal. The book is aimed at younger readers--but SW fans of all ages will enjoy this photo-filled volume. --C.B. Delaney

Pretty Good April 24, 1998 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
This book is a great starter book for the ameture Star Wars fan. It has great detailed pictures and gives a good amount of info of different things that exist in the Star Wars universe. If you want a lot on info (instead of pictures) get The Guide to the Star Wars Universe. I'd rate it 9.9 it's not perfect but it's about as close as you can get! Still if you want picture, get this book.
Small book BIG memories! A real Star Wars scrapbook August 12, 2005 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Ok yes it has great pictures. Yes it covers Episodes IV, V, and VI. Glossy pictures (some I haven't seen anywhere else) and nice tidbits of background lore. It even alludes to Episodes I, II, and III. It says ages 9-12 but I even liked it (ok 44 year old Sci-fi fan). A real bargain for the price and a nice summary of the Trilogy. I would put it up there with the Star Wars Visual Dictionaries for the pictures. For the price you can check it out but I bet you will be glad you did. As always I love Amazon's packing. My stuff always arrives in great shape - they care. It really is a cool little book. As a gift I think any Star Wars fan would really enjoy it (no matter their age). Peace on.
a Guide to the Star Wars trilogy April 17, 1997 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This book is a 10 if you want a spectacular guide with photos. It has stuff from the special Edition. If you want a more detailed book but without photos I suggest you try the 500 page "A Guide to the STAR WARS Universe" by Bill Slavicsek
Very Good! March 22, 2002 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I loved this book very much, and I was surprised how much information it gives you. I love Mark Cotta Vaz and I read his decription books. The book is exellent exept for one thing, it is not very detailed. It has the best pictures from the Star Wars Special Edition and it covers everything. I would definatly recommend this book.
