Product Description Knuckle Dusters: Tattoo Ideas for your Hands is an Artist's reference book that has just about everything there is to write across your knuckles. Tattooing your knuckles is not only an American sailing tradition, but it was also popular with English sailors as well sailors across the globe. Cool, useable, simple. July 28, 2008 Apparently another neat little book from a seemingly prolific writer, in the field of tattoo. I like the book, it's as we expected at the shop, tho we might have liked more variety on the font used within. However, a different font every so often might have LOOKED niftier for us, but I think could have taken away from the needed continuity of the list of 8-character lettering ideas for yer knuckle tat! So either way, it's a useable, cool book. Glad I picked it up. Worth more than the inexpensive price... :-)
Great Tattooist's Reference September 29, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
We keep a copy of this book on the counter at the shop I work at and customers can't put it down! Many customers even come in looking for it! It is THE reference for knuckle tattoos and we use it all the time. This book is a real value for the price, and generates A LOT of work for our shop! Thank You, again, Erick Alayon!
complete waste of money September 25, 2007 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
i was completely disappointed and dissatified with this book. "tattoo ideas for your hands" sounded intriguing and implied variety. however, upon receiving this useless publication i realised it was an utter financial mistake. it is merely filled with words to apply to the knuckles- all in the exact same font. i'm confident that if someone wants to tattoo their knuckles they can easily come up with two four letter words to accomplish the task.
