Most comprehensive text for all nursing students and NCMs February 16, 1998 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
The most comprehensive case management text available. Clearly written, well organized, and informative. The appendices alone are worth the purchase. A must read for all undergraduate and graduate students, as well as practicing nurse case managers. Excellent resource for the certification exams.
