I have just finished reading the book "Choose to be Happy", by Rima Rudner. A very easy to read, not boring "how to" book. I enjoyed reading it, it went fast, and feel that anyone can benefit from reading this book. There is a great deal of common sense that is presented along in a positive and light manner. I would recommend this book to anyone who isn't perfect! Isn't that the majority of us?

5 out of 5 stars Shoulda read this book years ago.   September 27, 2007

Rima Rudner's, Choose To Be Happy, is full of "shoulda's". "I shoulda realized that myself", are thoughts permeating every chapter. These concepts that lie just below the suface in our minds need a wordsmith like Rima Rudner to put them in black and white and kickstart us into action. Rima shoulda written this book earlier in my life.

Rima Rudner obviously has an insight into the most
important aspect of our emotional well being. She
does it in a story telling way with a great sense of
humor, which also makes for enjoyable and easy reading.
I strongly recommend this book, even for those who are
reasonably happy with their lives. We can all benefit
from it.

5 out of 5 stars Intuitive and insightful, Rima Rudner wants you to join her by "Choosing to be Happy!"   November 9, 2007

Rima Rudner's victory over past physical and emotional challenges gives her readers true faith and trust in her words on happiness. She clearly states how to embrace it, maintain it and "choose" happiness for a fullfilling life. Due to Ms. Rudner's wit, intuition, insight, straight-forward style of writing and love of people; we should all have a copy of her book on our shelf!
Paramabansa Yogananda; a great spiritual leader wrote: It does not matter whether or not one fully comprehends the day-to-day enigmas of life. What is important is to be resolute in the search for the True Happiness, the Joy that is the origin of one's being.
Ms Rudner's experiences have taught her this truth and we are fortunate that she is sharing her knowledge with us. A BIG THANK YOU!!!!
