I loved this book! I was already committed to doing the best for our environment however, this book took it to the next level. It helped me to understand the things I put on my body or wash my hair with not only hurt me, but hurt the environment. I would recommend this book for the seasoned environmentalist or for someone who is just in the beginning stages of going green...gorgeously green!

A great help to get started and not feel guilty. You can start anywhere in the book you want. But be sure to read the beginning. I have bought two one for me and one for my Mother.
