Gavigan's tone is fresh and positive as he shares simple steps individuals can take in creating the healthiest environments possible for children.

Finally, an approachable and simple book for everyone to embrace. Yes, the toxins in our world are scary, but Christopher Gavigan breaks the story down into simple steps that we all can follow -- AND ones that won't break the bank. A must read for all parents.

This is an excellent book for the next generation. We are destroying ourselves with thousands of chemicals daily and all parents should know how to diminish this amount and have a healthier child with less risk of having diseases later on in life. Great book for anyone who plans to EVER have a child and begin to take care of themselves NOW!

As a father of two I'm always reading parenting articles with helpful tips, but this book puts everything you need in one easy to read place. It's full of information that we need and I'm telling all the parents I know about this book. Nice job Mr. Gavigan and your Healthy Child organization, keep up the great work!
