I'm a school librarian and one of the parents in my school wanted to donate this book. I think it only got published because Laura Bush is famous. There's nothing original about the story or the writing. The illustrations are really good though. I would purchase something else illustrated by Denise Brunkus, but not written by Laura/Jenna.

As a former elementary classroom teacher and a retired school administrator there were many Tyrone's that I encountered over the years. READ ALL ABOUT IT! is right on target in how to reach the Tyrone's of the world and get them engaged. Every elementary classroom and school media center should have a copy of this book for teacher's and media specialists to share at that teachable moment. rlb.

I am a retired teacher who volunteers to read to the second grade classes at my local school. I bought the book for the second teachers to put in their library. I also read the book to the children and they loved it. Many kudos to the authors.

Read this book to my almost 6 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons and they both loved it.
The story line is inventive and the graphics are just so creative. A great way to show
young children all the adventures to be found in books.
Excellent book for children learning to read and the benefits of reading. A must for
children's libraries.

Laura and Jenna Bush team up with an excellent children's book!!The story line is easy to follow, and the illustrations make the story "come alive." I recommend this book for all ages (including adults!).
