 Setting the record straight -- this edition is great! November 9, 2005

After reading the reviews (both postitive and negative), I bought a copy with an open mind, and can now report that this is a faithful, corrected edition of THINK & GROW RICH -- easier to read (better type size) and with nicer paper than some of the other editions. The small amount of added material the other reviewers are writing about by Arthur Pell is minimal, and set off by itself -- so it's not intrusive and if it doesn't enrich your reading, you can skip right over it. On the other hand, from my perspective, it is nice to have a few examples of TGR in action from the 20th century. But again, that added material is extremely short and set off by itself, and either way, this new edition is really terrific. A welcome edition.

This book was great to begin with! But now, with its updated examples and millionaires, fans will love this classic all over again. This is also a great book for new-comers! I have been wanting to read the original for years, but didn't want to have to put up with stories of millionaires of the 1920's. This new updated revised edition uses examples and stories from millionaires of today. you gotta read this!

I was on vacation and came across this new version of the all time classic Think & Grow Rich. Over the last 30 years, I have gone through numerous copies of this book. I have always and will always recommend Think & Grow Rich as a blueprint for personal and financial success.
This version is easy to carry around. It is compact. It also has some new information including success stories about Bill Gates, the late Mary Kay Ash and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Offers a sort of back to the future effect showing how Think & Grow Rich has impacted the lives of current giants.
I promoted a bodybuilding contest back in 1976 with Arnold when Arnold was still the current Mr. Olympia, a successful businessman and was embarking on his acting career. Arnold indicated how books like Think & Grow Rich and The Magic of Believing played a huge role in his achieving success.
Think & Grow Rich can impact your life as well. Highly recommended.

whatever your position may be in the world, you owe it to your self to read this book! there are a few staples, and this is one of them. I am an agent at the top producing real estate office in a southern california area and i was number 69 out of 70 agents. by year end i am now at 40, and this was only my first year! i will read it again and you should do the same! THINK AND GROW RICH! Burt Bakman

I have not read the original book, and thus could not compare this edition to the original. But all in all, I enjoyed this book and disagree that the few short stories of successful people in the late twentieth century destroyed the flow of the book. For the most part, this book and the ideas contained within it are still Napoleon Hill's. If I was a high-school teacher, I would require my students to read this book (among a few other self-help/ motivational books). For those that took the assignment seriously, the rewards could be endless.
We all have unlimited potential if we only believed in ourselves and knew the key to success and happiness. This book is about more than becoming rich monetarily; it's about becoming a better person. I especially found the chapter on Sex Transmutation interesting and am convinced that Hill is right on target with his ideas. This is a good and worthwhile book for anyone who wants to become a better, more successful and richer person.
