This is an amazing book. I found myself reading the chapters more than once because I wanted to make certain I fully understood Dr. Tolle's message and how it applied to my life. I highly recommend it; especially to people who find themselves constantly on the go and trying to get so many things done without taking the time to appreciate how important it is to live "in the moment".

I bought this book in order to follow along with Oprah - but found myself reading to the end. I am now so conscious of when I am becoming angry or frustrated - and with what? It is not generally with anything but thoughts. I hope we are indeed moving to becoming an enlightended society.

I have not finished the book yet,because you have to read it slowly and sometimes repeat the page to completly understand its purpose of discoving yourself and being truefull in your thoughts of "who you are"..Its good reading and even if you only get one thing out of it,it will be one thing you have discovered about yourself...
