Mitch O'Connell's book is a must for anyone who's into graphics, comics or tattoos. Mitch has the unique skill of drawing inspiration from popular imagery, without ever indulging in imitation. He has a very distinctive and eye catching style.

Once again the MOC is over the top with some of the best flash and ideas I have seen in a long time. Mitchs style is one to leave any lowbrow addict in state of ...what next. He continues to out do himself everytime he puts ink to paper. With a cartoon style and adult flavor, Mitch has always been one of my top guns as far as the lowbrow kustom scene is concerned. I rate O'connell up there with kats like Shag,Franco,Leamon,Pizz ect. Well you get the idea. Chitowns own Mitch O'connell..Tattoos. Get it..... and tell'em Hellcity said so.
This book is really worth it! April 16, 2007
I was really impressed with this book. Not only does it showcase Mitch O'Connell's distinctive style but it is loaded with tons of his best tattoo art. A lot of artist books skimp on the photos, but this one is chock-full of art, printed in vivid color from cover to cover. I really didn't expect it to be this good. So it's really a great value for the price and I'd recommend it for connoisseurs of tattoo-inspired art, and generally for anyone who likes art that has a cool style and is a lot of fun to look at.
