VERY BAD AND FRAGILE - SEAMS TORN OFF! February 24, 2007 4 out of 8 found this review helpful
Updated: seems to be a defect (very unusual), the manufacturer is very professional and is sending me a new set. I will amend this comment in a short delay accordingly.
First of all, there is no zip to securely maintain the sensor... Well it's neoprene so it's very extensible, I'm just wondering how many people have lost their sensor while running. I fixed it on my shoe and while attaching it (I took care), all the seams torn off!!!! Unfortunately I cannot send a picture in the comment to show you that's really a piece of sh.t but trust me, I'm running a lot (including marathons): do not spend 5 dollars in such useless low quality piece of fabric!
Great product for the price March 15, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I had many problems with the Nike shoe- this product saved my feet! I can use my old running shoes and the pouch keeps the sensor safe and secure. I have had no problems with it.
Good Product February 9, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This product is very good for those runners that can not wear Nike running shoe, like myself. The sensor remains safely attached to the shoe. The one issues that I have is that it is time consuming to move it from one pair of shoes to another. I rotate between three pairs so it is a bit of a pain to undo the laces.
Excellent solution! February 11, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I received the Nike system for Christmas from family members who didn't realize the severity of the whole Nike shoe issue. I tried putting the chip in my Asics shoe, but I was convinced that I would have to eventually rig something like this up for myself. I was elated when I found one already made on Amazon and even happier when it worked so well! The chip is held very snugly in the pouch and I have never had a problem with it falling out during a run. The pouch doesn't seem to affect the accuracy of the chip's recording. When I give the Nike systems for gifts later this year, I am definitely including the shoe pouch too!
Shoe Pouch February 14, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The shoe pouch is as accurate as wearing the sensor in your shoes. This is the way to go if you just have one pair of Nike +
