I purchased this for my girl friend, we both run regularly, I have the actual Nike+ sneakers but she has a pair of Asics. Unfortunately the pod holder doesn't keep the sensor flat enough (parrallel to the ground) for it to be accurate. We even tried re-calibrating a few times. The accuracy is way off. I know its not the sensor, because if I put her sensor in my Nike+ shoe it's fine.

The shoe pouch is a simple accessory that allows you to use the Nike+pod without having to molest your favourite running shoes.
Delivery is fast and reliable.

This shoe pouch works perfectly. It fits the nike chip really well, and even has velcro on the back to make sure it stays shut. The one thing I don't like is that I have to unlace my shoes to put it on and off. I'd like to alternate running shoes during training so my shoes don't get worn out so quickly, but it seems like too much work to change the chip every time. My solution was to buy two pouches and two nike chips. Not very economical I suppose, but it keeps me from having to unlace my shoes before every run.

The shoe pouch works great on both my asiacs and Pearl Izumis. I havent had any trouble calibrating or anything. Its also very sleek and non- obtrusive.

This sleek and easy-to-install little pouch works great. I'll admit, I originally tried placing the sensor under my shoelaces. Unless you like interrupting your run every five minutes to go searching for your missing sensor, the shoe pouch is definitely the way to go. The best part is that it's versatile - I can move it from my Asics running shoes to my Keen trail running shoes in a matter of seconds. Distance accuracy is spot on. Service and delivery times from Grantwood were excellent; I got the pouch in a matter of days. If you're not a fan of Nike shoes and want an inexpensive but well-designed solution, I would highly recommend this product.
