When NOFX takes it too far... November 20, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is another fine addition to the nofx (what might as well be called a library at this point) collection. Terrific sounding drunken stuttering through 24 songs. If you already love NOFX or know about them, then you already know what you are getting yourself into. The only reason I didn't give this record 5 stars was because of the Decline teaser encore at the end. The Decline is such an epic song that they should have either put the entire thing on or not even bothered to tease us with it at all. I feel like I just got married, carried my bride into the hotel suite, only to have her pull my pants down, look at my junk and then laugh in my face saying "you're never going to have sex again...ever" as she goes to sleep.
Stupid Teaser November 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The CD was great. The 8 songs back to back in the middle of the show was pretty cool, and the alternate styles on some songs was nifty to hear. Not only that, but some of Mike's jokes were actually laugh out loud funny. However, like everyone else said, that Decline teaser at the end pissed me off. Luckily I have the Decline, so I wasn't that upset, but still... When you give people 3 minutes of the 18 minute greatest song you've ever written, some people are bound to get mad. I'm thinking that they just messed up really badly at one of the middle sections, so they decided to just play with us a little. It's bound to happen.
what is wrong with you people January 7, 2008 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
if you're checking out this album and this pointless review, you simply put WILL have to get this hilarious pile of "funny"ing the hell out of everybody by the NOFX - eventually!!! if not, you've got issues and need to start spending time a lot more wisely... this is how it always is with these guys and it's really something splendid when punk rock doesn't have to be too serious in about every aspect possible... even this foreign kid who wrote this got most of the laughs intended - and the kid also freaked out nicely to the endless number of incredible sounds as well... come on people!!! skal! and keep up the freakin' and the punkin' ;O)
NOFX Sucks! November 21, 2007 0 out of 12 found this review helpful
Only buy this if you were too WWWWASTED at their shows. It will give you an indication of what you missed....NOT MUCH!
Really Annoying November 24, 2007 Hey Nofx - this wasn't so great an album. it wasn't terrible but the decline tease at the end ruined the entire thing. either play it or don't.
