I was astonished by the size of the Hoop and the knobby things. I exchanged it for the trim hoop. I like it but I'm still getting used to it.

They aren't kidding when they say it is a "heavier" hoop. I read one reviewer who liked the inner knobs and believed this hoop had helped them tighten up, but the few times I've managed to keep this hoop swinging for more than one or two revolutions, the inner knobs have left bruises.

More challenging than I thought, but enjoyable. Surprised myself that I could still do it at 52. LOL!
