This unit starts the gyro within a few seconds. Well worth it especially if you have difficulty starting it manually or with the silly string.
 Waste of time November 23, 2008
I bought this thinking that it would save time and be easier to start up my gyro, but in fact it is much easier using the string that came with the gyro the dock takes a few seconds most of the time it takes quite a few seconds to get the gyro up to enough rpm to use. Stick with the string, unless you need a nice stand to put your gyro on.
