the bag is so tiny. I will not buy it for a 4 years old. It cost $19.99 and they took $13.00 for shipping and returning it. I called that robbering poor people.

I got this as a present for my niece. Great little gift for a teenager. For the price you can't go wrong plus its a great name brand.
