I am disappointed with the quality of the shuffler. It feels like a children's toy bought from the toy shop. nothing like described. The cards keep getting stuck and the spring does not work properly

This is really handy and handles 6 decks of cards well. Saves a lot of time in lieu of trying to hand shuffle 6 decks.
