The belt is fairly thick and also wide. Good if you need a heavy duty casual belt, that looks like it will last. It looks pretty much like the picture. It may not fit all dress slacks, as it is a bit wide, but looks like it should do fine with jeans and casual pants. I am not crazy about the Fossil label on the front, but it will be covered by the belt itself as it comes through the front loop. Over all it seems like a good belt (I bought it for my 19 year old, and it looks quite suitable for him).

Been Shopping Around And The Same Belt Was About $15.00 More Then What I Paid. So Far The Belt Is Holding Up, Fits Blue Jean Loops And Looks Good.
Durable, even a year later November 18, 2007
Bought this quite a while ago and have to say that it has held up very well. Only perceptible damage is a crease has formed in the leather where the buckle sits and the loop has a little discoloration, but other than that there are no cracks and the notch for my waste size hasn't been stretched in the least bit. I'd have to say its a very well made belt and has stood up to constant use over the last year or so. As I was the water tech in my job throughout the year I don't tend to stay dry too often so the belt hasn't had a problem getting wet and drying over and over again and it hasn't at all affected the leather.

It holds my pants up well. Kids today should invest in this item of clothing more often.
