This is a great item. We needed these to help our son start potty training, because the disposible training pants are too much like a diaper. This was nice to have to put over his cotton training pants to help keep up with his accidents. We'll be saving them for our second son who isn't quited ready to train.

this is a great price and i recommend buying them if you are using cloth diapers.
there are some draw backs.... i find that they tear easily. at first i washed them in the washing machine with the diapers and most of them came out torn around the edges. so i decided to hand wash them. that seems to be the best way to do it and make them last.
it is a bit of work but if you are really willing to do it then it is fine.

These work very well with the training pants, but you have to follow the washing instructions carefully for them to last - don't use a detergent with a fabric softener.

I was somewhat confused by the sizing because 24-28 lb. is 18 months in plastic pants and 2T in Gerber training pants. So I got both of those for an 18-month-old who is tall and thin and they fit pretty well. Those training pants go up higher on the top and down lower on the bottom than these plastic pants so you have to tuck the training pants in or they will leach wetness out. These plastic pants aren't especially durable. They get tears in them from normal wear and tear after a couple of months. That may not be a problem if you have a baby who you can potty-train fast, but mine is hardly talking and very fussy, so communication with her is kind of tough and it's taking a while.

These work well over her training pants. They do the job they are designed for and will "hold" the small leaks.
