cute. certainly not 0-12 months. July 22, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Agreeing exactly with the previous reviewer about size and elasticity. I have both the monkey socks and the shoe socks for my son. He's currently 4 months old and the monkey socks are too small (I did wash them, but in cold water) and the shoe socks I decided ahead of time to only wash when very necessary so as not to shrink them. The monkey socks are like magic, they never come off, the fabric is pretty thick as sock fabric goes, and they are very cute, and in good colors. The shoe socks don't seem as thick, and are also, even un-washed and brand new, only just the right size.
Everyone comments on them though, and the black ones are just completely adorable with any boy outfit. But I'd rather have actual sizes of the black ones than other colors (just in case trumpette is reading).
Little on the small side. December 13, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
These socks are cute and a good way to keep baby's feet warm. The slightly elasticized fabric makes they stay on much better than regular socks or booties.
However, though they are listed for 6-12 months, they run quite small. I bought them as a stocking stuffer for my grandson, who is 4 months old. They are fine for him and likely will fit him for several more months. But beyond about 6 or 7 months, I doubt they will fit and, with the elastic in the fabric (it's very soft stretch, but still), I don't think anyone would want to continue using them past that point as they might feel less-than-comfortable for the baby.

We love these socks, and get compliments on them every single time baby wears them. However, they don't wear well. they pill and fuzz easily, and i'm just not impressed by their quality. but, they are definitely cute, and really, isn't that important, too?
Size is not 0-12 months May 29, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I received some Trumpette monkey print socks as a hand-me-down for my son and the elastic was great, so I was looking forward to getting these sneaker socks. My son is only 3 months old now and is of average size, and these socks described as 0-12 months are way too small for him. Furthermore, the elastic is not as strong as the monkey print socks I received from a friend, the fabric was not as thick, and what really bothered me was that the socks are shaped like a tube (no bend at the ankle). Not worth the money in my opinion. I gave it two stars because they are cute and the colors are nice.
Cute, but ... August 1, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I also get so many complements on these socks and I LOVED them for the first few months. However, they are starting to get small on my son's feet and he is only 3 months and 12 1/2 pounds. There is NO WAY these socks will fit a 12 month old; I'll be happy if I can get one more month out of them, but they already look small on his feet. It also says they won't come off, but they do. It isn't a problem, but my son can kick them off with not much effort. They were great while they lasted, but a bit expensive for such a short amount of time. Also, make sure the laces are tied when you wash them. The laces came out of about 1/2 of mine and I could not get them back in. They were still cute though.
