 I'm a 6 1/2 and I went UP to a 7 = too big! Duck Feet! July 4, 2008
I loved the feel of them and they were really comfortable. Unfortunately, I'm a 6 1/2 and the size 7 I ordered was just too big. I would recommend going DOWN to the next even size. Also, it could be difficult for some people to get used to the strap between the toes as it is quite stiff. You can loosen it by rubbing with Vaseline. Anyone want to try a size 7 which would fit a 7 1/2 or 8??

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable. I usually don't like anything between my toes, but the foot bed keeps my foot very stable so my tootsies don't slide around. I have not taken these shoes off since I got them two weeks ago! Nice and cushy!I think they are what they say.

I love these shoes and have just ordered a 2nd pair! I had worn 'flip flops" for years and I'll never wear them again. I work out a lot, but after wearing my old flip flops for a day I can really feel it in my feet and ankles. I have flat feet and even after wearing these shoes all day, my feet and ankles are not the least bit stiff. The Fit Flop does take a day or so to get used to, and they do fit a little tight at first. Even so, do order a size smaller than your traditional shoe size, they will stretch a little. I had to exchange my first pair because they were too large.
 Comfortable but overrated June 30, 2008
I wear an 8 and first bought a 7 per other people's suggestions. They were too small so I exchanged them for an 8. They are very comfortable, however, I have a narrow foot and they don't appear to hold my foot in tight enough. It feels like this will affect the ability to get a workout with them as well. I learned my lesson. Some things just need to be tried on in person.
