Excellent earbud >> worth upgrading from Sennheiser mx-500 March 19, 2006 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Sennheiser mx-500 lack of bass and vocals sound artificial. But Creative ep-480 have better balanced sound. Not only better bass but vocals sound more natural.
Worth every cent if you are looking for a good earbud in this price range.
Great set of earphones August 13, 2006 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I did not purchase these earphones separately, but I got them along with my creative muvo 512MB mp3 player. I compared the quality of these earphones to the Sony earphones I recently purchased ( Sony MDR-E827G Sport Earbuds) just to make me feel better that I purchased as good or better earphones. However, I found that my creative earphones produced way fuller and clearer sound than the Sony ones I just purchased! I was happy that my existing earphones were the better ones, but also sad that my new purchase wasn't satisfactory. So basically, what I'm saying is, these creative earphones are awesome;) The foams did fall out a couple of times but they did so when I was pulling the earphones out of my crowded backpack. If you're careful with them, you'll be ok.
Great sound at a great price! November 10, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Creative's Creative EP-480 headphones is definitely a cut above the cheap EP-185 that came with my NOMAD Jukebox ZEN Xtra!, which sounded fine but just decided to fall apart one day :(
The EP-480 appears to be of a more sturdy build, fits well in my ears, and sound great. It offers good highs, great mid-range, reasonable stereo "presence", and tight, robust bass for earbuds of this caliber.
A good buy that ensures more "bang for your buck" compared to the other brand/models I have tried.
Awesome sound but not for small ears January 26, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The sound Quality is probably the best you can get. the foam cover came off, but was a blessing in disguise, because now it fits my ear, it was way too big before, btw i got it free with a zen nano, Id certainly shell out 15 bucks if reqd.
Good Quality, some flaws May 31, 2006 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
These headphones sound pretty good. (They are the stock headphones for the Zen Vision:M)
There are some flaws though: - a bit too big, might not fit some ears - the cloth keeps coming off (REALLY ANNOYING!!)
Doesnt tangle much. Bass is good. Not Recommended, as this is a basic "good" quality headphone. Go with Sony or Sennheiser for a bit more.
