After reading the book I realized it is the kind of writing that people either ferociously agree with its message or hate the author for undermining someone whose qualifications make him worthy of being elected president of the most powerful nation on Earth.
I am not going to agree with either side. All I wish to express as a former Cuban exile, is that Barack Obama and Fidel Castro share many personality traits, ie:
Both were abandoned by their fathers at an early age.
Both are charming, elocuent lawyers that say exactly what people want to hear at the right time and place.
One never led the nation to suspect he was a communist at heart, the other doesnt mention the word socialism when in reality this is exactly what his agenda stands for.
Neither Obama nor Fidel ever held a real job either in government or in private enterprise for they think of themselves as demigods unworthy of soiling their hands when their destiny is much larger than their own realities.
Both were virtually unknown until they began to use the word "change" as their main political motto.
Both have egos as tall as the twin towers, yet they manage to present themselves humbly, one in soiled military fatigues and the other sweating and with an undone tie.
Both have the unique ability to distort truth and lies as if they were the same.
Both have the ability to hypnotize the ignorant and fool the wishful thinker and to divide a nation in classes, (divide and you shall win) In Fidel's case he divided the rich against the poor, the illiterate against the educated and the black against the white.
In Obama's case even if by omission, he's de-facto dividing the races already.
Another resemblance between Obama and Fidel and one that shall never be forgotten is that the American media supported the "Twentieth Century Latin American Liberator" (Time Magazine) with the same degree of irresponsibility devoted to Barack Obama today.
And lastly I'll use the words of Jorge Santayana to finish my case in point: "Those who can't remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
And in the words of Sir Winston Churchill: "The inherent vice of Capitalism is the unequal distribution of blessings, the inherent vice of Socialism is the equal distribution of misery.

A person who has never held a real job, but who spins with such skill....hmm, that sounds like Hillary (or Bill, or Billary)! But perhaps the real point for Americans to ponder: if a white candidate went to a church with a racist pastor who preached hatred of one race, and the elevation of another, would we not condemn, rightfully, this man as a racist? Yet, Rev. White is a racist, is a black supremecist, and a preacher of hatred, but Barak Obama gets a pass from the media? It just cannot be overlooked. I do not watch any TV station dedicated to one particular race over another, and would not vote for a man who promotes one race over another.
America is ready for a good man for president, regardless of race. Barak Obama is a socialist/communist, who is going to break middle America to pay for all of his socialistic programs designed to attract African-American voters. As taxes go up to pay for these freebees for the non-working (historically far higher taxes than our fighting forefathers paid to British parliment!)and our economy tanks and we all benefit from slavery in China (via Walmart), eventually, the great sucking of wealth out from America and on to Asia will have a price for all of us to pay.
Audacity of Reviewers Who Have Not Read The Book August 5, 2008

Virtually all of the one star reviewers have not even read this book but are trashing it because of their political beliefs.
Since Obama himself is so obtuse about his background, beliefs, accomplishments (are there any?), etc., it is imperative that someone actually do the research to find out about the true Obama before handing him the highest office in the land. As a person who employs other people, I would want much more information than what is on Obama's thin public resume.
This book does that research for you and comes up with the fact that Obama's resume IS thin. He decided after only 143 days in the US Senate that he was ready to step up and be President. He has the most liberal voting record in the US Senate. He attended a racist church for twenty years and then only quit the church when it became a political liability. He was a community organizer in Chicago whose main accomplishment was getting asbestos removed from a single apartment house and even then they didn't remove all of it. This is the experience you need to run the country?
America is ready for a man or woman of any skin color, ethnicity, religion to be President but they must at least meet the minimum qualification of being "experienced" in executive management. Obama has never run anything in his life other than a campaign. We don't need another Jimmy Carter no matter what skin color he is.
Buy the book and actually do some research before voting. That is more than most of the one star reviewers did.

This book is a frightening expose of the socialist America-hating democratic nominee for President of the United States. Obama is so left-wing, you'd think he was from San Francisco. The throngs of people devoted to this savior of the earth have no idea who they are voting for. I look forward to the 1-star reviews from angry liberals now that their secular Jesus has been exposed. I would challenge them to prove one thing in the book untrue. We all know that won't happen.

If you ever had any doubts about the glib deviousness and empty rhetoric of Barack Obama, elaborations on these meticulously researched and documented items in this book should convince you he's the most dangerous candidate ever to run for the presidency in the history of America:
- How Obama won his first election (to the Illinois State Senate) by having his lawyers knock all his opponents -- including the black, female incumbent -- off the ballot on technicalities, so he could run unopposed.
- How Obama voted to deny medical care to babies born alive after abortion -- a bill too extreme even for Nancy Pelosi (Freddoso has an exclusive interview with the nurse central to the case).
- A story Obama would like to stay buried in Chicago: How he used his clout as a U.S. Senator to save the corrupt Cook County Political Machine when reformers of both parties tried to challenge the entrenched political bosses.
- How Obama's wife Michele's salary nearly tripled in 2005 -- the same year he was sworn in to the U.S. Senate and began earmarking funds for her employer.
- How Obama's friendship with the hate-spewing Reverend Jeremiah Wright was no accident -- but a carefully thought out personal and political decision.
- Why Obama thought his association with '60s-era terror-bomber Bill Ayers wouldn't matter -- an expose of the insular radical chic of Chicago's Hyde Park politics.
- How state Senator Obama was paid more than $100,000 for legal work -- then helped his client's company get $320,000 in taxpayer grants.
