Never looked back September 1, 2008 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I bought a pair of these flops two years ago and have been happy ever since.
My previous pair of high-priced flops had flipped off my foot (dangerously) when the toe thong broke in mid-step, sending me flying across a wet pool deck. Only a great sense of balance saved me from breaking my neck, or worse.
But the toe thong on Teva is made of tough poly weave---not a plastic or rubber strip--and it is firmly fixed to the shoe bottom, showing no signs of stress or likely weakness to endanger me while walking on wet surfaces.
And after all, that's what pool deck shoes are supposed to do--- keep me from slipping.
The toe thong on these shoes is also amazingly comfortable. Wearing them does not feel like donning a torture chamber specially manufactured for feet. In addition, the sole is a soft cushion that comforts and supports bare feet.
So from now on, Teva has my vote for swimming flops. Never again will I wear Chinese-made dollar-store variety of water shoes, which never fit right, and are always a safety hazard.
Best flip-flops ever! June 5, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I love Teva Mush flip-flops. I wear them almost constantly. In the winter months I wear these as my houseslippers! In the summer I wear them everywhere. A pair usually lasts me 1-2 years. Then I get some new ones. They are well worth the money. They form to your feet which makes them very comfortable!

My family has been buying these shoes for years. They are so comfortable and it feels like walking on a cloud. They form to your feet after about a week of wearing. The only problem is you have to replace them after about a year if they are your only shoe. They eventually flatten out a bit. But, for the comfort, it is a small price to pay $20 a year for comfort like this.
Very comfortable and stylish June 26, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought these for comfort and they are very comfortable. I also get many comments about nice looking they are.

So... I've been wearing Tevas since I was a wee little one - probably 3 or 4 years old. I started out with the basic strap ones that are secure in the river and all that then moved on to the flip flop version. I've had my current pair for about 4 years and still wear them - all the time. They're a little thin on on the heel and toes so sometimes it hurts to walk over rocks and sticks but they're still sitting in my closet, worn about every other day.
I realized I needed a new pair and decided orange plaid was definitely the way to go. The shipment came really quick and I was eager to try on these cool looking comfy sandels. I really like them but there's one thing that people need to know: the thong strap on the top of your foot is a little tight. Not too tight, but if you want a looser, more "sloppy" (and sometimes more comfortable) fit, make sure you choose a size or 1/2 size bigger than you usually would.
In conclusion, however, I love Tevas and will probably never stop wearing them!
