After a couple months of drawing unemployment/job hunting and not being as active, I found i'd put on a bit of weight around the waist and chest areas. A man-girdle seemed in order while I dieted and I found/ ordered this product. money well spent. it pulls-in the chest area, pecs and waist, leaving the arms free, being sleeveless. it's a slight effort to put on, but becomes confortable and gives good support as well.
