Product Description
This is a pair of traditional Japanese style "Warrior Pants" pants made exclusively for Mystic Clothing customers. The fabric is 100% cotton making these pants extremely comfortable and with the stylish calligraphy image adorning the front, these pants exude a powerful presence of style and refinement. Also important to note is that the manufacturer of these pants (and other our other shirts and pants in this style) makes their garments with thick (at times) hand-loomed cotton that is REALLY comfortable as well as long lasting. We've noticed that a few customers try on these pants and are confused as to why the one leg would be wider than the other. This is not a QC problem or a random error. The wide leg should be pulled so that the normal width leg is taught against the left hip, the excess fabric then pulled to the right and then folded back (the crease being at the right hip) and then the ties wrap forward and tie the pants off in that style. If you look closely at the pictures, you'll notice the extra fabric is folded over on one leg. This is the traditional samurai style. Perhaps it was to hide leg movements while not sacraficing mobility (by wearing a skirt). The negative feedback is disappointing

Ok First of all I will say that the delivery on this item was very fast...
when I open the package and first looked at the item I thought that the fabric appeared to be very light in weight as opposed to the discription of heavy weight..But even that was OK then I tried them on one leg was at least 3 times the width of the other..now assuming this was how it was designed some note of it should have been made in the discription. The other leg was so small I could not wear it comfortably even if this was intended...This also twists the inseam to such a degree that it is extremely uncomfortable.
Called customer service received prompt attention. Might not purchase this product again but would do business with company..

The description must be meant for some other product, because it's everything what these pants are not, that's for sure. The other leg is MUCH larger than the other, like 3 times wider. The fabrics are everything but "heavy", you can almost watch TV straight trough them.
I have to do some "fine tuning" to these pants myself, maybe they'll become wearable in the stuff I bought them for. Hope that it will do the trick.
No quality at all, a good clothier could do a pair of these in less than three minutes...
 Buyers confused over 'WIDE LEG' need to WRAP the Pants July 25, 2008
I think other buyers are a little confused about the 'wide' leg. The samurai style pant has one leg that is normal sized in width and another leg that is oversized because it is meant to be creased at the hip and folded back to the middle! I didn't get it at first either but then contacted the company and they were very helpful in describing exactly how to wear the pants. Its a shame the other buyers gave these pants only a star when it was just their own impatience and misunderstanding that is to blame. Just call the company, they were nice enough to explain it to us.
