Was not happy with CalPak. Misrepresented the color of what I ordered. I ordered a lime green duffel and they sent a dull olive green bag. This was a gift for my niece who wanted a lime green bag. Ended up having to buy another bag locally. If I returned bag, I would have had to pay for return shipping which I didn't agree with because they misrepresented thier product. Amazon needs to monitor quality control of merchants they deal with.
