These Lycra Spandex Corsets stretch quite a bit to fit a wide range of sizes. If you are in between sizes, get the smaller size. Corsets are not sized like bras. Your waist measurement is most important, you don't want the corset to be too big in the waist. It is normal to have up to a 6" gap in the back lacing. Tightly laced up and unstretched the measurements are as follows: Small (bust=26", waist=22"), Medium=(28b 24w), Large=(30b 26w)
