Comments: The book itself is brand new. However, it sustained some damage in a move. The front cover has an approximate 1" tear at the top. The front cover also has a slight crease running horizontally at the top near the tear. In addition, due to the crease on the front cover, there is a very small crease that runs through the whole book. (The book actually looks very good - I think the description makes it sound worse than it is). The inside text is pristine. USPS delivery confirmation included. Email confirmation upon mailing.
