I was pretty impressed. It's a very solid piece, thick, with a tiny bit of weight to it so you know it's there when you're wearing it. The ankh itself is approximately 1-inch, not counting the loop/clasp (which seem fairly sturdy.) The loop/clasp are solid, so you'll need to find a chain that will pass through it.
The thing I like the most is the design - it's not your conventional ankh.
